| 1.1. On the first rate of academy the citizens of Ukraine
are accepted which have complete general(common) average formation(training).
1.2. The reception in academy, irrespective of financing and preparation of the experts, will be carried out(spent) on to competitive basis by results of introductory tests. 1.3. The preparation of the citizens of foreign countries is carried out on contract bases, according to the law of Ukraine " About the legal status of the foreigners ". 1.3.1. The foreign citizens of a Ukrainian origin use the same rights, which and the citizens of Ukraine, if they: - have the document on formation(training) with distinction; - is by the participants international and prize-winners of state olympiads from biology. 1.4. All acting use the equal rights irrespective of a floor, racial, national accessories (belonging), social and property condition, sort and character of employment (occupations), world positions, belief, creed, residence and other circumstances. 1.5. The reception in medical academy will be carried out(spent) on medical faculty with preparation of the experts for speciality 7. 110101 - " Medical course ", on Nursies' faculty behind a speciality 6.110100 - " Nursies' course " and younger experts behind a speciality 5.110102 - " Nursies' business ". Volumes preparations on places of the state order on a speciality 7. 110101 " Medical business " - 120 persons, on places over the state demand plan at the expense of means of the legal and physical persons, and also own means the persons - 300 persons. On faculty from a speciality 6. 110100 " Nursies' business " for state demand - 5 persons, on places over the state demand plan for means of the legal and physical persons, own means - 120 persons. Volumes of preparation of the younger experts on stae demand places with specialities 5. 110102 " Nursies' course " - 5 persons, and for means of the legal and physical persons, own means - 120 persons. 1.6. The medical academy carries out preparation of the experts for educational qualifying by level "expert", "Bachelor", " the younger expert ". 1.7. Financing preparation of the experts will be carried out(spent): - at the expense of means of the state budget of Ukraine - for work in public sector of national facilities (economy); - at the expense of means of the appropriate legal and physical persons - for work in public sector National economy; - at the expense of own means of the person - for work in state and public sector of national facilities(economy) (at will). 1.8. The target reception is organized according to the law of Ukraine " About the status and social protection the citizens, which have suffered owing to Chernobyl of accident " (in edition of the law of Ukraine from 19.12.1991 With changes and additions from 1.07.1992 and 06.06.1996) and decision of a study the ministers of Ukraine from 21.07.1992 ¹ 408 " About privileges for village youth at reception in maximum educational institutions, improvement of system of retraining and improvement of professional skill of the staff ". 1.10. Form of training at medical faculty - day time, on nursies' faculty - day time and evening. 1.11. Term of training at medical faculty - 6 years, on nursies faculty - speciality 6.110100 - " Nursies' course " - 4 years, from a speciality 5.110102 - " Nursies' course " - 2 years. |

| 2.1. The reception of the documents is carried out from June 26 till July 15 (inclusive) 1998. |

| 3.1. The introductory approbations to academy in borders
of the state order are tests, which
are made with 16 till July 26 according to the programs for complete average formation(training): - on Ukrainian language (dictation), - on biology (main, in writing), - on chemistry (in writing). 3.1.1. The estimation of written works is carried out on four-ball system ("5", "4", "3", "2"). 3.2. By introductory approbations for the persons, which have expressed desire to learn on a speciality 7.110101 - " The Medical business " on a contract basis, is tests on Ukrainian language (dictation) and on biology ( main, orally); the estimation of knowledge of the entrants on tests on biology will be carried out(spent) on to four-ball system ("5", "4", "3", "2"), on Ukrainian language - " good "or" bad ". For the persons, which have expressed desire to learn on Nursies' faculty and to receive specialities: 6. 110100 - " Nursies' course ", 5.110102 - younger experts " Nursies' course " on a contract basis, is tests on Ukrainian language (dictation) and on biology (main, orally), in this case evaluation knowledge of the entrants "good" or "bad" will be carried out(spent) behind system. 3.2.1. The introductory approbations for these persons will be carried out(spent) according to the time-table, authorized by acceptance by commission under condition of the conclusion of the agreement and payment of cost of training. 3.2.2. The agreements develop in a measure of receipt of the documents. 3.3. The persons, that not certificated with Ukrainian language, can pass examination On Russian. 3.4. Acting have the right to hand over introductory tests on biology and chemistry on Ukrainian or Russian languages. 3.5. Graduates of colleges, technical schools, schools and average comprehensive schools, which have reached(achieved) large successes in training and in the document about average Formation(training) have only excellent(different) estimations or, under condition of presence of the agreement with, appropriate, by educational institutions or by regional managements of national education, excellent(different) and kind estimations, on a speciality 6.110100 - " Nursies' business " and younger experts 5.110102 - " Nursies' business " as of test the results of final tests from biology are set off And Ukrainian language of an average educational institution. 3.6. Repeating entrance of introductory tests for a maximum estimation it is not authorized. 3.7. The persons, that without valid excuse were not on introductory test or have received unsatisfactory estimation, to the following tests are not admitted. 3.8. For usage during test by extraneous sources of the information, and also for help the entrant is eliminated from test. The examination work is not checked and is estimated on "unsatisfactory". 3.9. The appeal of the entrant concerning an examination estimation is accepted not later next day after the announcement of an estimation. |
